Boasting 81 industrial units, Cubby Hole at Mayfield again proved itself with a modern and smart looking product that has become popular across the region.
Incorporating the decorative ‘bullet-hole’ styling, curved edge panels and plentiful windows not common in an industrial setting, the outcome is a fresh take on the industrial unit.
We could not be prouder of the final result.
The end result was quite stunning, and once again we are proud to have teamed up with other Hunter businesses (Hunter Precast, Hunter Structural Steel, Hunter Install) and GWH on this project.

The Electrodry complex offers four storeys of storage spaces, 570 storage units and office suites located at the front. Our innovative design saw cladding panels clipped to temporary propped columns to achieve a handrail before each proceeding floor. 400mm columns and a total of 3,125 sqm of cladding.

In the heart of Newcastle CBD’s Civic Cultural Precinct is contemporary build that showcases what precast concrete can achieve.
During the construction of Sky Residences, Hunter Precast supplied 1,360 precast elements, including façade panels, decorative panels, balustrades and lift cores. Hunter Precast have finished supply for both Stage 1, the 19 storey main tower plus 2 basement levels, and Stage 2, the accompanying 9 storey tower.
