The Hunter Precast Advantage

Quality Statement

At Hunter Precast, we combine quality, capability, and commitment to deliver concrete results.

Here’s why leading contractors and developers across Newcastle and the Hunter trust us with their most critical structural elements.

Why Choose Hunter Precast

Built on Experience

With over 20 years in the industry, Hunter Precast has supplied precast elements to hundreds of successful residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Our experienced team understands the detail, compliance, and coordination it takes to deliver on time and to spec.

Quality is in the Process

Our fully documented QA procedures, hold points, and checklists are more than paperwork—they’re how we ensure every panel meets or exceeds spec. From bed preparation and reinforcement to pour, finish, and transport, we follow best-practice standards and our own rigorous internal benchmarks.

End-to-End Production

We operate a modern precast yard with highly trained staff, purpose-built beds, and overhead crane facilities. That means we control every step—from shop drawing review and material selection to final delivery and site coordination.

Safety and Training First

All staff undergo structured induction and ongoing training. Our multi-stage sign-off processes include WHS checks, lifting prep, and storage protocols, ensuring both product integrity and workplace safety.

Collaboration That Works

As part of the Hunter Construction Group, we work alongside trusted suppliers like Hunter QuarriesHunter Readymixed Concrete, and Hunter Structural Steel. This tight integration allows for faster lead times, better communication, and more consistent product quality.

Design Matters

We work closely with builders, architects, and engineers to understand project requirements early in the process. Our team can provide practical input into the design, helping to identify opportunities and avoid costly oversights—ensuring structural intent and architectural vision come together without compromise.

Value Engineering

Our experience allows us to offer cost-effective alternatives without compromising quality. Whether it’s refining panel shapes, adjusting connection details, or improving constructability, our team focuses on adding value and removing waste at every stage of the build.

In-House Detailing

With a dedicated in-house drafting team, we control the entire detailing process from shop drawing to final approval. This ensures faster turnaround, consistent quality, and a collaborative approach that resolves issues before they reach site. All shop drawings are produced to align with engineering requirements and construction sequencing.
