Scope

During the construction of Sky Residences, Hunter Precast supplied 1,360 precast elements, including façade panels, decorative panels, balustrades and lift cores.

Hunter Precast have finished supply for both Stage 1, the 19 storey main tower plus 2 basement levels, and Stage 2, the accompanying 9 storey tower.

Key achievements

All 1360 panels delivered and installed within the project deadline, whilst we met the needs of our existing customers and their requirements.

Successful application of bespoke decorative molds for unique façade look.
